Coaching is for practitioners who have completed at least one paid Catalyst program (any Intensive or Foundations). This ensures we start from a shared baseline and spend coaching time on transformation, not basics.

Why 3 months? Behavior change takes time. We need enough runway to establish new patterns and see sustainable workflow transformation — not just quick wins.
