• What you send us: your name, email address, organization and message when you use a form on this site, email us, or book a call.
• Clients and learners: enrollment, payment and session details, and notes from coaching and advisory work.
• Academy accounts: your email address, profile, progress, assessment results, and your conversations with the Academy guide.
• Payments: Stripe processes them. We see the payment record, but not your full card number.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell analytics data. The cookies we set are the ones needed to keep you signed in to the Academy.

To deliver and improve our programs, reply to you, schedule sessions, process payments, and run the business. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

To run these services, we use providers that process data on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting and forms), Supabase (Academy data), Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Google Workspace (email and documents), and AI providers including Anthropic and OpenAI (Academy features and our own work). We share only what each service needs.

We are an AI company and use AI tools in our work, including on information you share with us. We use these tools under business terms that don't allow providers to train their models on that information. We don't use your information to train AI models ourselves.

Software we release as open source runs on your own computer. It doesn't send your data to Catalyst. If a tool connects to a service you use, such as your Google account, it uses that data only for the feature you set it up for, keeps it on your machine, and follows that service's data policies. For Google, that includes the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

For as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email lee@catalystai.services, and we'll respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
